Data Collection & Analytics

We use our self-hosted Pulse Analytics platform only if you accept analytics in the consent dialog. The Pulse SDK is not loaded before consent is granted. You can change your choice at any time from the Cookie Settings link in the footer.

Consent

Analytics is optional. If you decline, the Pulse SDK is not loaded and analytics events are not sent.

Technical Data

After consent, Pulse may process browser type/version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language settings, and page URL.

Usage Data

After consent, Pulse may collect page views, session duration, click coordinates, scroll depth, and product-section interactions to improve the website.

Location

Pulse may derive approximate country/city location from the request IP for aggregate reporting. We do not sell this data or share it with ad networks.

Withdrawal

Use Cookie Settings in the footer to decline analytics later. Declining clears local Pulse identifiers and the pending event queue from your browser.

Third-Party Services

Our contact form is protected against spam and abuse by Google reCAPTCHA. When you open the Contact page, reCAPTCHA loads a script from Google and may collect information about your device, browser, and IP address in order to distinguish humans from automated bots. This is necessary to protect our services and constitutes a transfer of data to Google.

Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not use reCAPTCHA for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices.
